Technical Specifications

MOST™ provides login-based access within an SSL connection. Backup images of the server are taken daily and daily rolling backups of the database are rotated on a weekly schedule. Software and operating system updates are installed regularly.

MOST™ is a web application that makes extensive use of Ajax and CSS to provide dynamic behavior similar to that of a desktop application. For this reason, a good user experience depends heavily on having a recent, standards-compliant browser.

MOST™ is fully functional with the latest versions of these browsers! Browser Logos

Browsers

Google Chrome

Google's Chrome browser is fast and renders pages nicely. MOST™ is fully functional in Chrome.

Firefox

Firefox is a free, open-source, cross-platform, standards-compliant browser and works well with MOST™.

Opera

MOST™ is fully functional with Opera. There are a couple of minor formatting issues, however.

Safari

MOST™ works well with Safari.

Internet Explorer 9

Internet Explorer version 9 provides a robust user experience with MOST™. Those using IE 7 and IE 8 will find some functionality unavailable.

Other Browsers

MOST™ has not been tested with other browsers. However, an attempt has been made to follow current web standards and best practices. So, we expect that MOST™ will be functional in a variety of other browsers as well.

Mobile Browsers

MOST™ Mobile has only been tested using Safari on Apple devices such as the iPhone and the iPod Touch. The mobile site makes use of CSS and Javascript and so requires a mobile browser capable of those technologies. Apple's iPad by default is directed to the non-mobile site and provides complete access to all functions.
