Question Set Detail Report
This report provides a summary of all audits perfomed using a given
question set as their basis. Each question in the question set is listed
along with levels of compliance for each month. The report can span up to
12 months and can optionally allow notes taken on individual questions to
be included inline. By default the report gives results for the entire
organization; however, results can be filtered to include only a single
location/clinic or even a single provider. The chart at the end provides
a visual representation of the trend of compliance over the reporting
period.

Question Set / Risk Summary Report
This report provides a summary of all audits based on a given standard
(e.g., Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.) or a question set. The
report can span any date range and represents compliance levels in
various categories (based on keywords). Risk calculations are made using
an acceptable compliance rate that you provide. For each category
results are provided for gold-thread, silver-thread, and combined
questions. The chart at the bottom of the report provides a
graphical representation of compliance rates by category. By default
the report gives results for the entire organization; however,
results can be filtered to include only a single location/clinic or
even a single provider.

Audit Listing Screen
Beside each listed audit are six icons that allow 1) answering questions
in the audit, 2) viewing a detailed report on the audit, 3) adding summary
notes to the audit, 4) editing the header information for the audit, 5)
archiving the audit, and 6) locking the audit. Long lists can be
shortened using the search box. Also, the list can be reordered
simply by clicking on the header of any column. The %Done column
shows the percentage of questions that have been answered in the
audit so far. This screen is also used to launch the creation of a
new audit.
Reports Screen
MOST Interactive™ provides five types of reports. This screen shot shows the
options for generating a Question Set / Risk Summary Report. The
other report types are selected simply by clicking on the appropriate
ribbon. Reporting couldn't be simpler!
Audit Answer Screen
The Audit Answer screen is where answers to questions are actually recorded.
Questions are grouped into ribbons. Ribbons can be opened or closed
individually by clicking on them or they can all expanded at once.
Questions can be ordered within a ribbon by section, clinical vs.
non-clinical, or by their answers. Notes can be added to individual
responses as well as to each ribbon.
